Moving from student life to a professional career can be challenging for many students due to a lack of awareness, clear goals, and proper guidance. The Career Counseling Center (CCC) at CUVAS is a newly established directorate led by the Director, CCC. It is dedicated to increasing student employability, building confidence, and connecting academic life with the demands of the job market. The center offers a supportive environment where students can receive guidance that matches their education with their passions and career goals.

To guide and support students in making smart academic, career, and personal choices by offering helpful advice, useful resources, and professional counseling that leads to personal growth and career success. To become a strong link between the fast-changing global job market and academic institutions through mutual sessions, partnerships, and shared learning.

Objectives

• To help students discover their strengths, interests, and career goals through one-on-one counseling, career tests, and planning tools.
• To offer training, workshops, and seminars on communication skills, CV/resume writing, job interviews, and overall career preparation.
• To connect students with job and internship opportunities by linking them with companies, professionals, and alumni.
• To provide private counseling sessions to help students handle academic stress, personal issues, and make informed decisions.
• To organize awareness programs, job fairs, and meetups with employers to update students about job trends and career options.
• To build a strong alumni network to guide current students and share real career experiences and success stories.
