Biography

Dr. Imtiaz Hussain Raja (PhD. M.Phil. DVM) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Nutrition and Additional Director @ (ILNFR), Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CUVAS), Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D. from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University under the Chinese Government Scholarship, @ P.R. CHINA, following his M.Phil. and DVM from Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam. He has authored 49+ ISI-indexed publications (HEC- W & X category) with a cumulative Impact Factor above 80+, 720+ citations (h-i-index 17-20) and received the Outstanding Highest Impact Factor Award (2024 & 2025) at CUVAS.edu.pk. He is an HEC-approved Postgraduate (M.Phil./Ph.D.) supervisor and accomplished researcher in Ruminant and Poultry Nutrition with 15+ years of research and 8+ years of academic experience. Dr. Raja has initiated capacity-building programs in data analysis, strengthened nano-nutrition and sustainable feed research themes, promoted industry-academia collaboration, and contributed to establishing the Institute for Livestock Nutrition & Forage Research.
